SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

All confirmed orders are carefully prepared within 2–6 hours. Orders are typically handed over to our delivery partner and dispatched within 24 hours.

Once dispatched, delivery across India usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the customer’s location.

We offer shipping across India, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or high order volume.
     

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing the order.
     

  • Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier partner and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We currently do not offer returns.

However, we provide replacement support only in cases where an item is received damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement:

​

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
     

  • Customers may share an unboxing video for quicker resolution (recommended but not mandatory)
     

  • The product must be unused.
     

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Issues such as tarnishing, stone fall, or defects occurring after usage are not eligible for replacement.
